Taste, tradition and... Etna DOC

Our cuisine, expertly managed by “Donna Concetta”, tells, with passion, tradition and taste, the traditional Sicilian dishes (fresh pasta pulled by hand, caponata, stuffed bread bites, meat rolls etc.) and more generally of the Mediterranean cuisine.

The production techniques, handed down by our grandparents, enhance the aromatic characteristics of ETNA Rosso DOC, produced in the vineyards adjacent to the farm.

Biodynamic vegetable garden and products km 0

Every day we collect from our biodynamic garden (without using pesticides but only organic products) the raw materials with which we prepare our dishes.

We prefer products of biological origin and zero kilometer (especially for meat and cheese) and we rely on selected companies for the “real” Pistachio DOP of Bronte.

In the menu, there are always one or more proposals for vegetarians.

In addition to combining passion, taste and tradition, our kitchen catering favors products of biological origin and kilometer zero (especially for meat), and the company has a biodynamic vegetable garden (not using pesticides but only organic products).
The dishes are typical of Mediterranean cuisine, enriched by personal experience and the continuous search for a good balance between taste and health. Ex .: caponata, grilled and tempura vegetables, stuffed bread morsels, tuma, meat rolls, etc…, we also prepare vegetarian “dishes”.
