The production techniques, handed down by our grandparents, enhance the aromatic characteristics of ETNA Rosso DOC, produced in the vineyards adjacent to the farm.

We prefer products of biological origin and zero kilometer (especially for meat and cheese) and we rely on selected companies for the “real” Pistachio DOP of Bronte.
In the menu, there are always one or more proposals for vegetarians.
Taste, Tradition and Kilometro Zero
The dishes are typical of Mediterranean cuisine, enriched by personal experience and the continuous search for a good balance between taste and health. Ex .: caponata, grilled and tempura vegetables, stuffed bread morsels, tuma, meat rolls, etc…, we also prepare vegetarian “dishes”.
